At The Munchkin Manor Early Learning Centre (MMELC), we believe that every child deserves a joyful and enriching start to their learning journey! Located in the heart of Toronto, our privately owned daycare center has been a nurturing space for little ones since 2016. With two convenient locations—one on Lillian St. and a brand new one on Bloor St. East—we're excited to welcome families from all around!

Our Programs

We offer a variety of programs tailored for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Our approach is all about play-based learning, where children explore and discover through fun, engaging activities. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, we use natural play materials and loose parts to spark creativity and imagination. Here, learning is a joyful adventure!

Delicious and Nutritious Meals

At MMELC, we know that a happy tummy leads to happy kids! That's why we provide a morning snack, a hot lunch, and an afternoon snack every day, all freshly prepared by Wholesome Kids Catering. We also take special care to accommodate any allergies and dietary needs, ensuring every child can enjoy their meals safely.

Outdoor Fun and Indoor Play

Our center features a large playground and a spacious field, perfect for outdoor activities and exploration. On chilly days, our indoor gym offers a fantastic space for gross motor play, keeping the fun going no matter the weather!

Keeping Parents in the Loop

We believe in strong communication with parents. That's why we send out daily email reports that include observations about your child's development. Plus, we conduct formal assessments twice a year to track progress towards important milestones, ensuring that every child is thriving.
