Welcome to Wilford Village Playgroup!

Nestled in the heart of Nottingham, Wilford Village Playgroup is a delightful preschool that has been nurturing young minds since 1976. We proudly offer funded places for children aged 2 to 4 years, making early education accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Our playgroup is located in the charming Old School building, right within the grounds of South Wilford Endowed Church of England Primary School. This lovely setting provides a warm and inviting atmosphere for your little ones to learn and grow.

We are thrilled to share that we received a 'Good' rating from Ofsted in November 2019, a testament to our commitment to providing quality care and education.

Our Rooms

At Wilford Village Playgroup, we have two specially designed rooms to cater to different age groups:

• Room 1 (Caterpillars): A cozy space for our 2-3 year olds, where they can explore and discover the world around them.
• Room 2 (Butterflies): A vibrant area for our 3-4 year olds, encouraging creativity and social interaction.

Operating Hours

We are open Monday to Friday from 8:45 AM to 3:30 PM, providing a structured yet fun environment for your children.

Important Updates

Starting September 2023, we will be transitioning to follow the city term dates. Be sure to check out the specific inset days for the 2023/2024 academic year so you can plan ahead!
