At Once Upon a Time, we believe that every child deserves a magical start to their learning journey! With multiple locations across Dublin, Ireland, including Carrickmines, Dun Laoghaire, Dublin 2, Dundrum, Ballymount, Tallaght, Shankill, Cherrywood, and Hollywood Rath, we are here to provide a nurturing and joyful environment for your little ones.

Our Operating Hours

We are open Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm. While we love spending time with the children, we take a break during the festive season and on public holidays to recharge and celebrate!

We are proud to be registered with important regulatory bodies like HSE and TUSLA, and we are also members of Early Childhood Ireland. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our participation in the ECCE government scheme and NCS funding, which allows us to offer a free pre-school year for children before they embark on their primary school adventure.

Flexible Options for Families

We understand that every family is unique, which is why we offer full-time places and the option for center transfers. This flexibility helps us accommodate your family's needs.

Nourishing Meals and Supplies

We take care of your child's needs by providing meals, snacks, and essential supplies like baby wipes and nappy bags. You can rest easy knowing your little one is well-fed and comfortable throughout the day.

Our Caring Staff

Our team is made up of highly qualified professionals who are trained in First Aid, HACCP, and Child Protection. They are dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where your child can feel safe and loved.

Fun and Secure Outdoor Areas

We believe that play is essential for learning! Our centers feature secure outdoor areas with soft flooring and exciting equipment, allowing children to explore and enjoy the great outdoors in a safe setting.

Open Communication with Parents

We value the partnership with parents and maintain open communication through our parent portal. This way, you can stay connected and informed about your child's experiences and progress.
