Community Support

Centro Social da Quinta do Anjo is involved in the European Fund for Aid to the Most Deprived (FEAC), providing assistance to families in economic need. This includes:

• Food Assistance: Through a partnership with the Food Bank Against Hunger, the center delivers food baskets and prepared meals to families in need.

History and Development

Founded in 1979 by a group associated with the Church, Centro Social da Quinta do Anjo started with just ten children and three staff members. Over the years, it has expanded significantly, now accommodating up to 246 children across various programs, including a Day Center for elderly individuals.
