At The French Maternal School (FMS), we believe that every child deserves a nurturing and inspiring place to learn and grow. Located in the heart of Georgetown, Washington, D.C., our private, independent nursery school welcomes children from ages 2 to 6.

Daily Schedule

Our school day runs from 9 am to 2:45 pm, with doors opening at 8:30 am to welcome our excited learners. For families needing a little extra time, we offer aftercare from 3:15 pm to 5:00 pm.

Personalized Attention

We understand the importance of individual attention in a child's early education. That's why our student-to-teacher ratio is designed to ensure personalized care:

• 1:4 in TPS (with a maximum of 8 students)
• 1:6 in other grades
