At Carey Bay Preschool, we believe that every child deserves a nurturing and joyful place to learn and grow. Our preschool is a community-based, not-for-profit center that warmly welcomes children aged 3 to 6 years.

Our Community Connection

Carey Bay Preschool is proud to be part of the Macquarie Preschools Co-operative, which means we work closely with our friends at Blackalls Park Preschool. Together, we share resources and support each other to provide the best experience for our little learners.

Operating Hours

We are open Monday to Friday from 8:15 AM to 3:45 PM, making it easy for families to fit us into their busy schedules. Please note that we close during school holidays and on public holidays.

Our Learning Approach

Our curriculum is inspired by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), focusing on play-based learning. We believe that children learn best when they are having fun! Safety and well-being are our top priorities, ensuring that every child feels secure and happy while exploring and discovering.

Acknowledging Our Heritage

We also honor the Awabakal People, the traditional custodians of the land where we learn and play. We incorporate indigenous perspectives into our programs, enriching our children's understanding of the world around them.
