At Clunes & District Preschool, we believe in nurturing young minds and creating a joyful learning environment for your little ones. We are proud to be part of ECKA, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting early childhood education in the Ballarat area and beyond.

Our Story

ECKA was founded in 2003 by a passionate group of volunteers from seven community kindergartens. Their vision was to create a supportive network for early childhood services, and today, we manage 28 wonderful early childhood education services in our community.

What We Offer

Every parent or guardian with a child at one of our services is a valued member of ECKA Inc. This means you are part of a caring community that prioritizes your child's growth and development.

We are licensed by the Department of Education (DE), which means we follow all the necessary guidelines to ensure a safe and enriching environment for your children. Our commitment to quality means we meet all State Government licensing requirements, so you can have peace of mind knowing your child is in good hands.

Kindergarten Program

At Clunes & District Preschool, we offer a State Government funded kindergarten program for children in the two years before they start school. This program is designed to prepare your child for their next big adventure in education, helping them develop essential skills in a fun and engaging way.
