At Goldfields Children’s Centre, we believe in nurturing our little ones and providing them with a safe and joyful environment to learn and grow. Our centre is part of the Central Goldfields Shire Council, which is dedicated to serving our community in many wonderful ways.

What We Offer:

• Waste Management: We care about our planet! The council provides kerbside waste and recycling collection to help keep our community clean.
• Animal Control: We love our furry friends! The council has a Domestic Animal Management Plan to ensure pets are well cared for and safe.
• Rates Information: Need help with rates? The council shares all the details about how rates are calculated, payment options, and even concessions on their website.
• Immunisation Services: Keeping our children healthy is a top priority! The council offers a free immunisation program that includes routine childhood immunisations, adolescent vaccinations, and flu shots. Plus, there’s a workplace flu program for local businesses to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Community Support:

The council operates four transfer stations and provides a hard rubbish collection service, making it easy for everyone to dispose of waste responsibly. They also have local laws regarding pets and even offer a cat desexing program to help manage our beloved animal companions.
