At Inner North Playschool, we believe that every child deserves a joyful start to their learning journey! Nestled in the heart of North Canberra, our licensed playschool is a warm and inviting place for children aged three to four years.

Our Program

We operate on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during school terms, creating a safe and nurturing environment where your little ones can thrive. Our program is thoughtfully designed to include a mix of free play and guided activities, helping children transition smoothly into preschool life.

Meet Our Wonderful Staff

Our dedicated team of educators is here to support your child's growth. We have Beth, who holds a Bachelor of Education, and Sharon, with a Certificate III in Children’s Services and a Montessori Diploma. Together, they bring a wealth of experience and passion for early childhood education.

What We Focus On

At Inner North Playschool, we emphasize:

• Structured play that encourages creativity and exploration.
• Social skills to help children make friends and learn to work together.
• Parental involvement, as we believe that parents play a vital role in their child's education. We ask parents to join us for two sessions per term to share in the fun and learning!

Enrollment Information

We welcome all children from the Canberra region to join our playschool family! Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to secure your spot early. For the year 2024, our fees are set at $70 per session. Plus, we’re proud to offer the Australian Government’s Child Care Subsidy to eligible families, making quality early education more accessible.
