At the Lake Stevens School District, we believe that every child deserves a bright and safe place to learn and grow. To make this a reality, we are excited to share our plans for a new school construction bond! This bond is all about creating a better learning environment for our kids by:

• Building a brand new elementary school to welcome even more students.
• Modernizing and expanding our existing elementary and middle schools so that every child has the space and resources they need to thrive.
• Enhancing safety and security across the district to ensure our children feel safe while they learn.

As our community grows, so does the number of students in our schools. This bond is essential to keep up with the rapid enrollment growth and to provide all students with access to safe and modern learning spaces.

We take our responsibility seriously! The Lake Stevens School District has a strong track record of being fiscally responsible, and we have always delivered on our promises from previous bond campaigns.

The proposed bond will cost property owners just $1.49 per thousand of assessed value, which means $149 for a home valued at $100,000. Together, we can build a brighter future for our children!
