Welcome to Lord of Life Preschool!

At Lord of Life Lutheran Preschool, we believe that every child is a precious gift. Established in 2001 as a loving ministry of Lord of Life Lutheran Church, our preschool is proud to be a three-star rated institution, licensed by the Tennessee Department of Human Services.

A Nurturing Environment

Here, we focus on nurturing not just the minds but also the hearts of our little ones. Our preschool emphasizes spiritual development alongside social, emotional, intellectual, and physical growth. In our warm and welcoming Christian environment, children learn about God's love and how to share it with others.

Learning Through Play

We know that children learn best when they are having fun! That’s why we use a play-based learning approach. From a young age, we introduce Kindergarten readiness skills in a way that feels natural and exciting. Our curriculum covers a variety of important areas:

• Social-Emotional Skills
• Gross and Fine Motor Skills
• Literacy
• Math
• Science

In addition to these core subjects, we also offer weekly classes in:

• Music
• Library
• Chapel
• Physical Education (PE)

Flexible Scheduling

We operate on a 10-month academic calendar, providing flexible scheduling options to fit your family's needs. You can choose from:

• A 5-day program (our preferred option)
• Monday/Wednesday/Friday
• Tuesday/Thursday

Our school day runs from 8:15 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and for those who need a little extra time, we offer extended care from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. for an additional fee.
