Welcome to New Mexico Early Learning Academy!

At NMELA, we believe that every child deserves a joyful and enriching start to their learning journey. Our preschool and child care center is a warm and welcoming place for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years old.

A Playful Learning Adventure

We offer a play-based learning environment where children can explore, discover, and grow. Our curriculum focuses on key areas such as:

• Language and Literacy

• STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics)
• Social Studies

Language and Music Enrichment

To make learning even more exciting, we provide language classes in American Sign Language (ASL) and Spanish. Plus, our little ones enjoy music enrichment sessions with a visiting instructor, sparking their creativity and love for music!

Outdoor Fun and Nutritious Meals

Every day, children have the chance to play outside, enjoying fresh air and physical activity. We also prioritize health with our nutritious food program, ensuring that every child has the energy they need to learn and play.

Safety First

The safety and security of our children is our top priority. Our center features double-restricted access, security cameras, and a team of CPR-trained staff to keep everyone safe and sound.

Supporting Social-Emotional Growth

At NMELA, we use the Conscious Discipline philosophy to nurture children's social-emotional development. We also offer onsite speech and behavior therapy to support every child's unique needs.
