At Northwest Regional ESD, we take pride in being the largest of Oregon’s 19 education service districts. Our mission is to support not just students, but also educators, child care providers, and families across our beautiful region.

We proudly serve the communities in Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook, and Washington counties. Our main office is conveniently located in Hillsboro, just about 12 miles west of the vibrant city of Portland.

In addition to our main office, we also have service centers in St. Helens, Astoria, and Tillamook, ensuring that we are always close by to help and support our community.
