Welcome to Oakmont Elementary School!

At Crowley ISD, we take pride in being a vibrant school district that includes 27 schools! This wonderful community features 16 elementary schools, a Montessori Academy, four middle schools, two ninth-grade schools, two high schools, an alternative learning center, and a career and technology education center. Together, we serve over 17,000 students, all while focusing on excellence in education.

To support our students, we offer a variety of exciting programs such as STEM Plus, Career and Tech Education, Early Childhood, and Montessori Learning. Each program is designed to inspire and engage our young learners.

Safety First

At Crowley ISD, the safety of our students, faculty, staff, and visitors is our top priority. We have a comprehensive emergency operations plan that covers everything from prevention and preparedness to response and recovery for both natural and human-caused disasters. This plan is updated every year and is carefully reviewed by our staff and emergency response personnel.

We ensure that everyone knows what to do in case of an emergency by:

• Establishing clear teams and chains of command
• Outlining specific steps to take during emergencies

Safety Programs

To keep our schools safe, we have a variety of programs in place, including:

• An emergency response coordinator
• District and campus safety teams
• Cameras and ID badges for employees, students, and visitors
• Visitor check-in software
• School resource officers and security guards at high schools
• Regular safety drills to prepare everyone for any situation
