Established in 1964, Saint Mary's Nursery School is a warm and inviting place where little ones can grow and learn together. As a cooperative, non-profit, and non-denominational early childhood education center, we believe in the power of community and collaboration.

At Saint Mary's, we embrace a Reggio-Emilia inspired approach to learning. This means we focus on nurturing the whole child—physically, socially, emotionally, artistically, and academically. Our goal is to create a rich and engaging environment where children can explore, discover, and express themselves freely.

Nestled on the beautiful University of Pennsylvania’s campus, our school is surrounded by amazing resources that enhance our learning experiences. We often visit:

• Walnut Street West Library for storytime adventures
• Penn Biopond to explore nature and wildlife
• Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts to enjoy the magic of performances
