Creche de Pias is part of the Fundação Viscondes de Messangil and provides the following services:

• Creche (Preschool/Daycare):

  • Age Range: 4 months to 36 months
  • Capacity: 30 children (10 in Nursery, 16 in Heterogeneous Group)
  • Objectives:
    1. Support the integral development of children.
    2. Foster creativity and responsibility.
    3. Provide individualized attention.
    4. Identify early adaptation issues.
    5. Assist families in balancing work and family life.
    6. Collaborate with families in care and values sharing.

• Estrutura Residencial Para Pessoas Idosas (ERPI):

  • Target Audience: Individuals aged 65 and older, or those under 65 with disabilities.
  • Services Provided:
    1. Accommodation
    2. Nutrition and personal hygiene
    3. Laundry services
    4. Medication assistance
    5. Socialization activities

• Serviço de Apoio Domiciliário (Home Support Service):

  • Objectives:

Application Process

• Creche:

  • Interviews with parents and initial assessments.
  • Registration is valid with all required documents.
  • Registration period: June and July, with possible enrollment throughout the year.

• ERPI:

  • Interview with a social worker.
  • Initial assessment of socio-family conditions.

Operating Hours

• Creche:

  • Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 18:30.
  • Closed on weekends and holidays.

• ERPI:

  • Open 24/7, 365 days a year.
  • Administrative services: weekdays from 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:30 to 17:30.
